MGK Workbenches

MGK benches: Combining design with function.

Built to last

All our benches are of all-welded construction, giving lasting strength and allowing a wide range of design possibilities. All steelwork is epoxy powder coated for durability and appearance in a wide range of standard colours or to your own specification.

Our standard bench range covers five main systems, each of which can be tailored to suit your needs:

We have an extensive range of standard workbenches and accessories to choose from, but it doesn't end there. We will design and build to your specifications, combining our experience with your knowledge to produce the bench you want.

All the options

MGK workbenches can be supplied with the following worksurfaces: Steelplate, Vinyl, Std.Laminate, ESD Laminate, Melamine, Kronospan.

Standard widths are: 900, 1200, 1500 and 1800mm.

Standard depths are: 600, 750 and 900mm.

Standard heights are: 760, 840 and 920mm.

Frames can be either standard construction or cantilever (though this may depend upon design restrictions).

Antistatic / ESD

All our benches can be specified to fully comply with ESD regulations. Jack plug sockets and earthing studs are provided along with either laminate or ESD vinyl worksurfaces. Louvre panels are zinc plated to allow conductive picking bins to be used. Upper and lower shelves, when specified, can also be antistatic.

With the addition of a few accessories you can transform a basic bench into a fully functioning workstation.

3-Drawer unit

Cupboard/Drawer Unit

Drawer/A4 Filing Unit

Upper and lower shelves can be added to support monitors or similar equipment, with keyboard shelves added to free-up bench space. Tool rails and louvre panels allow convenient part picking and fitting.

Fluorescent lighting units and fully wired electrical trunking with ELCB add power to production. Cupboard and drawer units may also be added, completing the right bench with the right accessories.
