Clips Partitions Monobloc is a fully relocatable partitioning system, constructed from monobloc panels of 35/50/70mm thickness. The panels are manufactured from flaxboard or a combination of flaxboard/chipboard and are pre-finished in vinyl, melamine, laminate, wood veneer or steel. Undecorated panels are available for the client with a special requirement.
The Clips Partitions Monobloc panels are available in solid core construction, slatted core or slatted core with mineral wool (as illustrated) for high sound areas. The slatted core panels are also recommended when incorporating wire management or services.
Vertical joints have a chamfered edge and, when installed, give the fashionable wall-like look.
Standard module widths are 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm but special sizes are available for a made to measure installation.
The maximum height of a single panel is 3 metres but double and triple lift installations made possible with transom aluminium joint sections.
Clips Monobloc has a "in vogue" wall-like look, using the minimum of components, combined with remarkable simplicity.
Pre-finished panels in a massive range of finishes are available to suit the modern working environment and are ideally suited to executive areas, commercial offices, production environments, clean assembly areas and laboratories.
Due to the unique construction of the system, on-site installation time is greatly reduced, a consistent high standard of installation is ensured.
The system is ideal for the client who may need to alter the layout time again and combines efficiency with economy as all components are re-usable.
